1. General information
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Awesome Apps Creator SRL (hereinafter "the Provider") and the clients or users of the services offered. Awesome Apps Creator SRL is a limited liability company registered in Romania.
2. Services
The Provider offers software development services, technical consulting, business process automation, and related services. The exact specifications of each service are established through individual contracts concluded with each client.
3. Intellectual property
The source code, documentation, and any other artifact created within a project becomes the intellectual property of the client upon completion and full payment of the project, according to the contractual clauses agreed upon. The Provider retains no right of use or reproduction without the explicit consent of the client.
4. Confidentiality
The Provider undertakes to treat with confidentiality all business, technical, or other information provided by the client during the collaboration. This obligation subsists after the completion of the project.
5. Limitation of liability
The Provider's liability is limited to the contractual value of the project in question. The Provider is not responsible for the client's indirect or consequential losses.
6. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably or, in case of failure, by the competent courts in Romania.
